The staff was very welcoming, and helpful to me as a tourist. The hotel is easy to find. The area is fantastic. I wish I could have stayed here longer. I liked that it was not very crowded. I felt safe, too. I was surprised by how comfortable the rooms were, the beds were fluffy with large blankets, and they supplied toiletries and refilled the soap and conditioner.

I enjoyed the fresh air conditioned rooms along with the daily cleaning service, always fresh towels, new razors, tooth brushes, toilet paper, ready to sleep in bed, the mini fridge kept our drinks nice & cold! Great customer service, easy check out as well. Would stay again, especially considering the affordable prices. Has all the amenities you need for travel! 😁

The staffs here are very nice they will take initiative to ask if u need to clean the hotel , all of them can understand English. As compared with other hotels, with the same prices, the room is much bigger.

Location is perfect, about a 10 minute walk with bags from the main train station maybe 100 meters from golden gai and a bunch of clubs but also the room is very quiet when you want to sleep. Easy to get to all other neighborhoods like Shibuya or Ropungi via subway since it is also a very close walk to a Tokyo metro stop.

English speaking staff, they even let me try to speak Japanese to them It's listed as non smoking, but it's definitely has people smoking in it, you even get an ashtray so 🤷🏻♂️ a plus if you smoke I guess, if not maybe don't try it Was a good stay

The hotel location is not too far from Kabukicho, Shinjuku 5 mins away. The room is very clean with towels provided, has a microwave in the room and has space for your luggage. Staffs are very friendly. Before going out you must leave your hotel key at the front desk. So you wont't loose it and pay for loosing the hotel key.

location was perfect and convenient. staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. air conditioning worked great. it was quiet at night. refrigerator and microwave came in handy.

Very lovely hotel in perfect location! Staff is very helpful and nice. Room gets cleaned every day. They only have smoking rooms but there was almost no smell in our room - absolutely fine.

Very well located in the heart of Shinjuku, friendly and helpful staff, Complimentary tea bags. Towels and bed sheets changed on demand. Silent air con.
